Kaleb Warnock, John Mimbela Jr. and William O’Hara started this company because they wanted to bring integrity and trust back to construction while offering a quality product at a fair and affordable price. By offering a superior standard for finished products, maintaining effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction, and offering environmentally friendly materials whenever possible, JMKW Development is raising the standard of commercial development and simultaneously maintaining complete transparency from start to finish. Keeping this in mind, they have come together to revolutionize the construction industry in the greater El Paso area by “GETTING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!”
John Mimbela Jr. has been in the concrete construction industry for over 20 years, and knows that a trusting relationship between business owner and contractor is extremely important, but can be difficult for many small business owners to find. “More often than not, the small business owner has little to no experience in construction, leading many of them to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous general contractors. I use the same ethics and principles that has kept my company in business over 50 years, with the often overlooked small business owner… providing the customer a finished product they are proud of, all the while maintaining complete transparency from start to finish.”
Kaleb Warnock started out his career in the United States Navy to help defend his country after 9/11. He served honorably for 8 years and was honorably discharged in 2010. Kaleb Warnock is now a franchise owner. As a franchise owner, he understands the importance of a good relationship between contractor and small business owner. He also understands the importance of the quality of work and making sure that it’s also done at an affordable rate. “I just wanted to create a company that would be able to offer a great quality product, in a timely manner and at an affordable price, and I think we have done that with JMKW Development.”
William O’Hara II is a recent graduate from the University of Texas at El Paso, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and is currently licensed as an Engineer-In-Training by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. As part of the JMKW Development family, William offers an extensive background in marketing/advertising, engineering/construction and a passion for renewable/green energy. It is these passions that motivate him to give back to his beloved community, by keeping its old-world charm and integrating it with new age technology.
